A former crewie, a current 10th grader who was in Ms. Jyung’s crew in 6th and 7th grade, spoke about a time in which he left the school for almost a year: “When I left, she got everyone in the Crew together and they signed a shirt for me. She had our Crew get together to take a picture with me. I still have that shirt.”
Because of her positivity and kindness, one student said, “She taught me to see the good in everything.” Another student affirmed, “She was always very kind. She was always the kindest person ever. She taught me that it’s really true that the respect you give to someone is the respect you get back.”
